PAA shifts to crude focus as Cactus III synergies ramp

PAA's transition to a pure-play crude midstream business is supported by stated Cactus III synergies, a $100 million cost-savings target, and maintained 2026 EBITDA guidance. The thesis depends on completing the NGL divestiture, integrating assets, and converting planned savings and capacity opportunities into durable cash flow.
