By using FN2 ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Research and Educational Use Only

FN2 is a research and educational tool. All information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from FN2. Always consult qualified professionals. You acknowledge:

  • No Financial Advice: We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational purposes only.
  • No Recommendations: Any mention of securities does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold.
  • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Conduct your own research and consult professionals.
  • AI Limitations: AI outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter agreements, and provide accurate registration information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; transmit malware; scrape or crawl without permission; reverse engineer; resell without authorization; harass others; or impersonate any person.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by FN2 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including loss of profits, investment losses, or damages from reliance on content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may terminate access immediately without notice for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

You provide: Email, name, password, payment info (processed by our payment provider), chat conversations, watchlists.

Automatically: Usage data, device info, IP address, cookies, log data.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the Service; personalize experience; process payments; send notifications and alerts; improve AI (using anonymized data); ensure security; comply with laws.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with: service providers bound by confidentiality; when required by law; to protect rights; in business transfers; as anonymized aggregated data.

4. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method is 100% secure.

5. Retention

We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the Service. Upon deletion request, we delete within 30 days except where legally required.

6. Your Rights

You may: access, correct, delete, or port your data; opt-out of marketing; restrict processing. Contact privacy@fn2.ai.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality, authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via browser settings.

8. Children

The Service is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. SMS / Text Message Program

FN2 operates an optional SMS / text message program. Consent to receive SMS is never required to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use FN2. Full program disclosure, including business address, sample messages, frequency, and opt-out keywords, is published on the SMS / Text Message Program Terms page.

Program description: two message categories, both opt-in. (1) Transactional messages — one-time phone-verification codes, account-security alerts, and billing notices — are sent only in direct response to actions you take in the app. (2) Account / agent notifications — alerts for your configured agent runs, watchlists, and price thresholds — are sent only after you tick the dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox. FN2 does not send promotional or marketing SMS on this program.

Message frequency: varies based on your account activity and configured alerts.

Cost: message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. FN2 does not charge for SMS itself.

Opt-in (consent): accepting these Terms of Service does not enroll you in SMS, and adding or verifying a phone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive account / agent notification messages. SMS consent is collected only via a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox in Preferences → Integrations labeled "I agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from FN2 at the mobile number above for account alerts, agent-run notifications, watchlist alerts, and price-threshold alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to use FN2. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help." Consent is recorded with a timestamp at the moment you tick that box and save. Consent is not a condition of using FN2 and is never bundled with any other agreement.

Opt-out: you can stop SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send.
  • Disabling SMS / removing your phone number from the Preferences → Integrations page in the app.
  • Emailing support@fn2.ai with the subject "SMS opt-out" from the email address on your account, or including the phone number to unsubscribe.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact support@fn2.ai for assistance.

Carriers: supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: mobile information you provide will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subcontracted service providers (e.g. Twilio) that support delivery of the messaging program.
