By using fn² ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Research and Educational Use Only
This is the most important section. fn² is designed exclusively as a research tool. You acknowledge:
- No Financial Advice: We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational purposes only.
- No Recommendations: Any mention of securities does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold.
- No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Conduct your own research and consult professionals.
- AI Limitations: AI outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter agreements, and provide accurate registration information.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; transmit malware; scrape or crawl without permission; reverse engineer; resell without authorization; harass others; or impersonate any person.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by fn² and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate or reliable.
7. Limitation of Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including loss of profits, investment losses, or damages from reliance on content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
We may terminate access immediately without notice for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
Privacy Policy

You provide: Email, name, password, payment info (processed by our payment provider), chat conversations, watchlists.
Automatically: Usage data, device info, IP address, cookies, log data.
2. How We Use Information
To operate and improve the Service; personalize experience; process payments; send notifications and alerts; improve AI (using anonymized data); ensure security; comply with laws.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with: service providers bound by confidentiality; when required by law; to protect rights; in business transfers; as anonymized aggregated data.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method is 100% secure.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the Service. Upon deletion request, we delete within 30 days except where legally required.
